I do recall a part number mix up awhile back and that is what prompted my call to Lippert. There is a potential that you got a whole new pin box when you only needed the lower jaw. Bonus! Better safe than sorry

No. Will be trial by fire next week when we head to MIS. Can't imagine too much different that my last 5er when I put a Trailaire on it. Yes it was a lighter rig but so was the truck. Will report back after the drive

Picked mine up a couple days ago, towed pretty well. Even though I was air up to the arrows, I think it I could have benefited from a little more air. Had some slight chucking over road joints that I didn't have before...possibly from the other having rollers. There was no notice or banging or clunking during traffic light stop and goes.

Installed another set of door activated LEDs today. This time in the wet bay / left belly compartment.

No more clunking! Wasn't a big change, but you do feel the road more. The peace of mind alone was worth it. 1700 mile trip (one portion was a bit hairy getting to the New River Junction campground in Virginia), but overall very happy
Even survived the hurricane!

I moved the Dirt Devil vacuum to the bottom steps inside, removed 10ft of wiring and about the same for vacuum hose.

Also did a mod Don did earlier, LED strips in pantry with a mag switch for auto operation. Took the opportunity to plumb the door, wow, the frame is crooked as a politician.

Saw this handy little item on a new arrival at the dealership and had to have one too. It was not in any catalogue so parts dept called factory to get one for me. Cost about 20bucks plus shipping, but worth every penny in my book to get that hose cleaned up in my wet bay. Just stuck it on with some 3m double sided tape. Works great!!!

Haven't you now reduced return air flow to you furnace?

Did I think about it? Nope. Do I think it will be a problem, probably not...cannot be anymore blocked than it is when there is a pile of shoes in front of the grill. It's not blocked off per se, just something within the air column...I would imagine there would be a whistle of air if anything. I didn't seal the underbelly any more than what it is, sure there is enough air to suck from down there.

Well, it's a clever idea.

We couldn't do that in ours because the subwoofer is right there.

I did take a section of the 4 seat couch out a while back, thinking of moving the sub to the couch slide and reframing the basement (again) and getting another 50-75% more space.

I wish I could. The parts dept said they had to send a picture in because no part number was listed yet. I'm sure it you too a picture in too, they might be able to track something down too.
