I've seen the other post about this, and as it hasn't been that hot here in Oregon, it wasn't needed. So this last trip out to eastern oregon in the 90+ degree weather I tried out the "ducted" A/C....

FYI,
I found out that Kodiak uses the Lippert Bumper mount for a grill. You can see it at Lippert Components site in their catalog.
Also the grill the dealer ordered for us, is a standard one...

You can actually go to the dutchmen site and click on customer service. Then choose manuals. You can down load the owners manual for the trailer and see how to service the water heater. Ours came...

sorry for a late response, but yes, the caulking will shrink and pull away from the coach. Mine has done that in almost all locations. But since it is new, just make sure to have the dealer inspect...

Yea, no complaints. Just want Dutchmen to know they have a couple design issues and production flaws they need to correct. This would reduce their warranty costs after all. :)

Trim Paneling around slides fall off. Trim is only held in place by staple/nails. Trim can be come loose or fall off completely.
Glue marks on ceiling.
Rain gutters placed right above pass...
