Available in different sizes & configurations at Lowes (and other places)... brand is called Rev-A-Shelf. This one was about $80. Here's a link...
Shop Rev-A-Shelf 14.75-in W x 22.06-in D x 19-in H 2-Tier Metal Pull Out Cabinet Basket at Lowes.com
I had the same problem with the pantry, the spacing between the shelves was way too wide for food storage.

I had planned on the using the pull outs, but the way the pantry is designed I would have had to build the sides out to mount the slides. This would have lost about 20% of the shelving space.

DW wanted more shelving, but didn't want to lose any space to the racks, so I opted for wire shelves and plastic shoe boxes (from Home Depot).

I've got a few spaces down at floor level that I want to open up, so I can get the weighty items out of the overhead cabinets.

3 season patio doors

I'm new to this forum but wanted to show off my new patio doors. They are the Eze-breeze brand I ordered thru my local screen shop. They are called the horizontal four panel garage door slider. You can slide to either side or easily lifted and removed.

3 season patio doors

These doors may not fit all need because they require a lot of work to install. The existing screen system has to be removed. With four panels you cannot have screens. They can be switched to screens if purchased. If you look at the pic that shows the aluminum threshold you will see four tracks. Each door fills a track and can be moved to one side for a 72" opening. Both to either side for a 48" opening. I leveled the dovetail part of the floor, remove the patio rails, and relocate the lower couch/bed to make room for the 3- 3/8" thick door track. You can have screens with a two 48" door panels and two 48" screens but this limits the opening size to a max of 48". This type of door can be viewed at eze-breeze.com. I will add that these doors are easily removed by raising up and out. I did also frame the floor with a door to access the existing storage under the floor. With the way I did it you will have a 5" drop coming out the door to outside. This works for us because we don't haul anything but a golf cart and it will need a ramp to load because of ground clearance. I'm sure this is confusing but look at their website and will help.

Can't remember who it was (not going to go looking thru 600+ posts in this thread)... but remember someone hung a basket under their propane compartment for light item storage.

I've been wanting to do the same for awhile, and this morning I finally tackled it. Well, one side anyway... the rain began moving in, so I'll finish the other side later.

Now I've got a place I can store extra sewer-hose fittings and other light items that I rarely use. And though they hang down below the body of the rig, they're aren't going to be any obstruction issues.

Found the basket at Lowes, and also some heavy-duty zip-ties. Only needed to drill one hole in the sheet metal on each side for a place to secure the most forward - outside corner of the basket. The rest were able to be secured to the frame and adjustment holes for my hydraulic leveling system.

That was me Tom. Difference is mine doesn't drop down below the side of the RV. So yours has more room then mine does. I also did both sides, did you?

Yeah, I'll do the other side in a few days after the rain moves out.

Also, if I remember correctly, your propane bottle mount sits higher in the compartment. Mine are down low, almost flush with the bottom of the door opening... so hanging below the body was really the only option.

Correct Tom. My propane tanks are a royal pain to get out. Even worst to reinstall once full.

Tom, those cable ties will dry rot within 9 months in the desert weather.

Yeah... I was thinking the same, but I plan on being on the move come spring. Still, I know I'll have to check them often. And I may end up trying something different too, like metal hose clamps. I just wanna make sure this is going to be something I like & wanna keep before making it more permanent.

On a separate note, I'll be making a run up your way tomorrow. Need a few supplies at CW, then gotta hit the Apple store & some other places where there are 'real' stores to shop.

I have the bikerbar installed in my 3905 with no problems. Carry a Road King and a Road Glide. I have them mounted straddling the frame, mostly and close the the walls, mostly to give better acces down the middle!

Hi Jeff,
I've been thinking about getting a ladder permanently mounted on the rear of our trailer so that I can access the top. I am curious about why you would want to take it off and store it underneath the trailer.. Can you just hook it loose to the top and just climb up or does it have to be clamped in place somehow? Also thought it might be used as a clothesline.. or a support for a small clothesline rig...
Pat

Hi Pat,
On the 3605 Voltage the ladder is on the side so it doesn't interfere with the back ramp (Toyhauler). I think the trailer would be too wide with it left on the side, so I just found the best place was to mount it underneath. It does clamp onto the side, so it would stay. I think the 2016's have a collapsible later that stays on. I think with your rig, you could mount a ladder on the back. Others on the forum use a telescoping ladder. Search on ladder and I'm sure you will get a few hits.
-Jeff

Pat,

Have you tried climbing one of the suckers.

Hard to climb, but I did find it to be quite a convenient place to store my articulating ladder.

Use the black ones, they are UV resistant.

Hey Jim,
I like the way you think!!
Wife reminded me that I've been getting carried away lately and haven't even taken the darn thing out for a road trip yet!! Guess I'll hold off on the ladder and a bunch of other things before I accumulate a bunch of stuff I won't use or don't need..
Pat
