Panel Covering Peeling Off

Bought a 2020 Aspen Trail 2750BH in January! Three trips and only small things easily corrected. However getting ready for another trip this week and noticed the ceiling over the top bunk, the covering has started to peel off and is hanging down. Plus the bottom step now sags badly on the left side, also as my wife started up the second step they started to fold up as her weight was more forward on the step.
Anyone else had these problems? Made an appointment with the dealer for warranty! Now we will see if they live up to all those promises of quality service they made during our purchase.

WOW! Warranty and hopefully they won't try to shift the blame to you.
