Dinette issues

Hey Pirate, My dinette failed first time out since it was not secured to the floor. Just two small screws in the slide wall. When the table was made into the bed, the cushion expanded due to weight and oops, kids were on the floor. The base section had separated about 1" allowing the table top to fall and broke free of the 4 screws (way too short) underneath and nearly destroyed the table.

Sewer Hose Management

I haven't had mine long enough for many mod's. The first one though that I just had to do before our first trip is do some mounting in order to store my sewer hose. I am pretty sure I saw this idea on this sight, used 5" vinyl fence post with end caps, 4" vinyl gutter with end caps, plumbers strap, bunjee cord, and self drilling screws. Took me about 30 minutes to do. So I thank who ever showed this idea. Works awesome.

I believe it was 12" x 18". I'll check tonight when I get home from work to make sure.

Not really a mod, more if an addition. First camping trip off a concrete pad and wanted a little insurance. Please excuse the screwed up pic. I've rotated and reposted. Same outcome!

Enlarged Storage by better arranging guts, and rebuilding walls

Not only better space planning, cleaned up debris, shortened vacuum hoses, sealed all ducting with aluminum tape, zip tied loose lines/cables, tightened all water lines, added surge and display, mounted sub right side up and paired it, framed walls w 1x2 over 1x1 so I can stack against and mount to, added small external shopvac, added shelf for remotes and flashlight etc, my ladder now stows in short length no problem.

Added sine wave inverter and flipped stock converter breaker off (will always have stocker wired up if needed) Smart charging direct to batteries with solar and inverter charger when needed.

First trip, Les Schwab... New G rated Gladiator 235/85/R16 with $75 trade in value for each stocker. Now running 110 psi... Each tire alone weighs 54 lbs, stockers tires uncounted were 34 lbs! 20 lb more tire, and 14 ply.

Hey pirate, thats the sine wave inverter, they lowered the hydraulic lines to allow the inverter close access to batteries and the 12V system. Solar running to battery bank, batteries running to inverter. Have me converter turned off in the breaker box. The inverter display panel allows me to turn on inverter charger manually when needed, which i prefer so the batteries do not bake if plugged in for lengthy periods. Only had rig for short time, but the 150 W solar panel has been all i need for storing dc power, and then inverting it to AC for everything but the fridge and air conditioning. The outside fridge can run while traveling now, adding to our "beverage storage" replacing the ice chest.

I also put new bullet proof flooring in the garage over the stock material which i will try to post pics of soon (having technical difficulties with pics in this forum). I can now use my garage as a show room when in work mode... displaying the equipment i sell.
