A little late now but it could be cold water supply to the heater, my son lost hot water for a couple days. Also check your low point drains, they may very well be exposed and uninsulated.

Also battery cut offs installed by a tech or manufacturer will not entirely stop all 12v supply draw.. Your brakes, tongue jack, propane leak detector and stabilizing jacks typically remain useable....

I would doubt your battery disconnects impact your solar charger's battery connection, to do so with panels still connected will burn up the solar charge controller. One never wants to pull batteries...

If you have a volt meter or 12v test light you can check the trailer plug to battery connection by looking for voltage between pins 1 & 4. 1 is ground, 4 is the aux power/charge wire to the battery....
