Crazy toilet plumbing to tank

The toilet is connected with a round connector, and the tank is connected with a round Connector, the Crazy thing is there is a large void between the two round connectors causing Crap to get stuck.
It would be better plumbed with the tank to the toilet to be one round pipe connector so crap can not get stuck in the void.
Can this be achieved?

I'm going to look into using a lateral sewer liner from the Base of the Toilet to the top of the Tank, Having a large void between tank and Toilet is crazy.

Nothing new. 5th wheels have a bathroom “upstairs “ and probably 5-6 feet to the black tank.

What are you calling a void? There should be a 6 inch pipe between the toilet flange and the tank, is that your void? give pictures.

IF you have separation between the tank and the toilet you had better check to see if the black tank was installed properly and is not dropping down. There should be only about eight inches or so between the tank and the bottom of the toilet.

This guy replaces his tank but you can see how it is supposed to be put together. I believe the pipe should be glued to the tank just like PVC stuff...

The void I was referring to is above the toilet flange and the tank to the Valve opening. Ill be right to the point crap gets stuck sideways in this void area.
After looking closely with a flash light, it is what it is.
The valve is in the way to make one solid pipe to tank with no void.
I'll just have to change out the sink faucet end to a hose connection and have a short hose to the toilet.

What is the brand name of that toilet? That is really strange. I would change it.
