Kitchen grey full? Where's the dump drain

We just bought a 2014 dutchmen voltage epic 3990 and we are now living in it. I just had it dumped but my kitchen grey water say it's still full. I only have two drain connections and we hooked both of them. What am I missing?? Please help

My rig is a 3305 and it has two gray tanks and one black. The black and front gray (shower and bathroom) have valves in the wet bay. The rear gray which is the kitchen sink and washer/dryer drain has a pull valve slightly behind the rear axles. All three valves discharge through the same sewer connection.

When I bought my trailer and did the PDI not only did they not point out the rear gray valve but they also left it open so when I used my trailer the first time I had a massive flood of gray water (fortunately not black!) out the sewer when I took the cap off.

So check for a pull valve at the back of your trailer on the drivers side.

Don't trust the gauges. Notorious for inaccuracies.

We have a 2016 3990, and the kitchen sink and the rear bathroom sink are connected, and dump from the rear septic hook up, the grey valve for the kitchen sink is just in front of the forward axle. You should have decals along the lower panels which tell you which valves are grey or black. This confused us too when we first got our Voltage. Thats why we are forced to hook up both dump hoses, even if you don't plan to use the rear bathroom. I hope this helps

The sensors on the tank are probably covered with deposits from the dish water. There are a number of products on the market that tell you they will solve the problem.

We use Dawn Dishwashing liquid, Calgon Liquid Water Softener and an occassional dose of Happy Camper Holding Tank treatment. The last is an organic treatment that eats though the Black Water waste and completely controls odor. See www.HappyCampers.World.com The water softener makes the water slippery so that once the sensors are cleaned off they are less likely to hold the crud.
