Yes I removed screw on the outside of slide at the top that has a 3/8's head Have let it set over night with a healthy bath of bolt off. Hoping I can get the dam thing off this morning

Get a bigger hammer?
I hope I never have to get the slide motors out of my Concord. There is only one that has any sort of access from the inside, the other 3 are outside access only due to the clearances.

My motor retention screw was a very small round head that took a square type screwdriver bit not a 3/8 head. Are you saying 3/8 hex wrench? Take another look at that you may have removed the wrong screw and if so there's your problem.
Yes 3/8 socket on the outside of the slide at the top of the slide seal. I have also removed several of the screws going down the outside seal. Can't see any other screws.

I'll check that out. The screw I removed for the motor looked liked the video posted by lippert. Was the screw you remove on the inside or the outside?

It's a small screw Bill, really small. As you said, a retention screw so they don't need much meat on it.
3/8ths does seem a little large for the head but it is a Dutchman product, hell, it could be metric knowing them
Don't drop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I look for it!!! On the outside of the slide the 3/8 headed screw is different from all of the rest of the screws. This small screw is accessible from the outside?

Yes at least on mine, from the out side it's there but not real easy to get to...did you pull the rubber down ? Can you see the motor in the wall? The screw lines up with approximately the middle of the motor.

Like dougs2 says, you need to pull the rubber seal out of the way. If I remember correctly the screws on mine were facing towards the slide. That doesn't mean much, same as the head size. Could be anything but I think the thread size might be #8 or 10 machine screw.

You have to pull the rubber out of the groove, spray some penetrating stuff on the seal it'll make it easier to pull loose you won't hurt it it'll go back in later but you have to get in behind it to get to that screw.
