AC issue and tv antenna help

New to us 2017 Voltage 3605. The thermostat in the garage turns on and the unit clicks, but it's not showing any power. Everything looks clean and intact from the garage and on the roof. Fuses and breakers are good. What else should we be looking for?
Also, no tv channels. We found the booster button and it lights up, and antenna looks good from the roof. Suggestions?

Try auto channel scan with the tv remote. Make sure you select air as opposed to cable. If that doesn’t work at all the. Try rotating the antenna 90 degrees and scanning again.

No. The thermostat appears to be fine. When we turn it on, we hear the AC unit click, but nothing happens. The filters and unit are clean. My husband said there appears to be no power but we can't figure out why. Fuses and breakers are fine.

We did that. Autoscan shows we should have 60+ channels, but we are lucky to get 5 that are don't go away. The antenna appears to be fixed on the roof with no way to adjust it. We have a 17 model and are used to ones we can move around.
