I have a 2014 Voltage and the angled part of the garage floor after the ramp has gotten waterlogged.

I am trying to replace it right now and I am having trouble finding 29/32 osb flooring. Any ideas?

Has anyone else had this water damage? I believe it came from the road side not the top.

Not sure if you have the rear patio deck option, but if previous owner left it open during rainstorms and didn't silicone around all the edges (and sometimes even if they did), water leaks in around the edding causing rot.

Actually never thought about that, we have the deck out whenever we are camping, and of course during rain sometimes. I would have thought it would have been more water resistant than it is. My bad.

I just did this with mine I replace the back ramp I cut the sides out from the top of the ramp down to the bottom of the frame along the wall edge pulled up the diamond plate and pulled the piece of wood out mine measured 7 feet 11 1/2 inches across and 2‘8“ wide top to bottom your measurement may be slightly different I used 1 inch plywood which is hard to find I did not go back to the press board I dried out the edges underneath the walls that were slightly damp. This took a few days I sealed them with automotive under coating. Once you pull the wood out, you’ll see a plastic barrier. I also used the automotive under coating on that put small slits in the back towards the back of the trailer, so any water that gets in there could drain I painted the wood with behr concrete paint I have used this on my other enclosed trailers I had it tinted and oatmeal color and add a grit to it for traction. I not only painted the board top bottom sides. I also painted the ramp that color it’s no longer a dark hole at the back of the trailer looks good. I put a good quality diamond plate in it mine was leaking at top of door edge. I used to cut tool to make the cuts through the rubber and wood

Ps the plywood only came and sheets once I had a new piece of wood centered and lined up. I found the center holes from underneath the trailer for the tiedowns and drilled those from the bottom up. It is now very strong

Thanks for the information. I used a 4 x 8 sheet of 3/8 plywood cut in half and glued together, clamped and screwed together. It measured exactly the same thickness as what was taken out.

Now I need to cut the hole for the tool box, and cut the whole thing in half to fit it in under the walls.

On mine I just cut along wall edge the bottom
Of walls were dry. Dried and Sealed the edges then
Dropped the the painted ramp in. I thought it was
Funny how many screws they used on the diamond

Wouldn't you use marine grade plywood for your repair on that floor?

Way to heavy 1 inch board is just as heavy as what was in there. the fail for me was ramp door seal on top now with everything sealed and painted I dont see any future issues there.

Back again, Got sidetracked with some back issues.

I have to replace one side of the aluminum tred plate and I am having a hard time finding it.

It is 10 thousands thick and 12 inches wide and about 28 inches long. Most tred plate I find is way to thick.

Any info would be appreciated.

hello Jack... are you talking about the plate in the front?
