‘15 Voltage 3970 problems

We bought this 2015 Voltage 3970 in September 2014 and have had a series of problems culminating in the ramp door warping and the “leather” furniture
cracking and peeling.

Has anyone experienced these particular issues and, if so, were they resolved to your satisfaction?
What steps did you take to effect the resolution?

Haven’t had either of those but my ramp door is the zero g door, although it does seem to pop when opening sometimes. Sofa is fine too. Mine is a 2018 bought in 2017.

Might be too new for these wear issues.

I replaced my theater seats with 2 sofas that are Thomas Payne seats. The only problem I have has with my ramp door is a couple of the springs broke. Do you have the patio option? What problem are you having with the door specifically?
