exploding / failing thermal windows

On a recent trip one of the side windows in our TT exploded for no reason and another one lost the seal and fogged up. (frame less thermal windows)
Anyone out there have this experience? if so did...

If you have the "Touch Audio" entertainment system, get rid of it, I messed with ours for quite sometime and it never worked properly.
tear it out and put in the Jensen, it is a much better unit

The "Mountain Package" is certainly the way to go if you are paying the same money.
