Interior
Replaced all taps, shower head, switched to porcelain toilet. Bathroom fan changed to max air 7500k with remote. Removed under bed storage box with Ikea media unit for more useful storage. Changed all lights to LED. Installed lights in pass through. Installed “licence plate light” at steps. Replaced mattress. Weber Q BBQ modified to connect to quick connect.
Renovations and Repairs
Roof leak at front cap/roof junction in second year. Out of warranty and $1800 repair.
