Slide Dragging

I noticed my slide is dragging. I took some pictures of the roller and it seems to be loose because of wood rot. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

I bought a slide out ski from Duo form plastics, it works well and wasn't too hard to install.

If the mechanism are cables, the slide should not drag. It’s a PITA no matter what you do.
