Have you changed out Locks....

After looking at my locks on my V3200 a child could break into my unit. The locks are documented with the code for the key on the outside. What have you done to improve this on your unit.

A side note I do not have the key for my sliding glass door....Have you replaced the lock on your unit. Can't believe it is lost.... Thanks for the info.... The Newbee

The first thing I did to my 3200 was to change the 751 locks on the battery/gen compartment and the fuel pump compartment to keyed-alike barrel locks from CH751 RV REPLACEMENT LOCKS, CAM LOCKS, CAMLOCKS

Thanks for posting that info. I discovered that the 751 key is the common denominator in a lot of Trailers. WHAT!!!!!!!! Haha true. Saw your post as I was searching for a replacement.
Thanks again.

That CH751 lock is what the industry uses on almost all RV's. Like Its4, that wasn't acceptable knowing that just about anyone with a CH751 key, could open the compartments on my camper, or anyone else's for that matter. So I changed all mine just like Its4 did. I also changed out my door lock with a new one from www.rvlock.com
