My contact for our Infinity warranty was Cindy Walker. She was outstanding. She was a valuable asset in warranty issues. I had my share. She always answered my email requests and made sure that things were followed through at the dealer level.

I also got a prompt reply from Cindy via the parts@Dutchmen.com email address. I asked if it was possible to get a roof schematic so I could install a bathroom fan. She provided me one right away.
