Looking at your floor plan, if I had to guess, it would be under the stairs accessed from a panel in the basement storage. Another place is under the refrigerator.
My trailer has a wrap around counter, the furnace, water heater, converter and back of the fuse panel is all accessed from a removable panel in a lower cabinet.
