Instructions are available to dealer's. Instructions are rarely available to owner's. (You are assumed to stupid to have a conversation with.)
The pre-wire setup has changed over the years. One that was used a couple of years ago was designed for a kit the dealer was to install. Installation instructions came with the kit.
Basically the kit was both and inverter and a solar controller. It used the roof pre-wire, not the side panel pre-wire.
The loop of "romax" 120 volt cable was a place to install the kit inverter. As you guessed, one side of the loop went to the breaker panel. The other side of the loop went to one or more 120 volt outlets in the RV.
There should be a large battery cable to power the inverter from the battery. There was a transfer switch in the kit to automatically switch between shore power and inverter power.
All this was in addition to the roof pre-wire.
I think the kit was a "Go Power" kit. Contact your dealer for details.
