no water pump or heater on gas or elec level guages

2013 denali 261bh trailer lights on rocker switches not lighting up for water pump and both gas and elec water heaters level sensors momentarily light up then go out .every thing else ok fuses and breakers ok pulled panel wiring looks ok rv center thinks its a bad ground where are the grounds

Bad ground maybe? I wouldn’t bother checking the switches because if they behave exactly the same then problem is likely something they both have in common, such as a ground or something like that.

On the 12 volt side of life, grounds are the negative wires to the appliances. They are where ever the installer could easily locate them.

Grounds are often the culprit because they may be connected to the RV frame and exposed to environmental corrosives. Positives can cause the same symptoms and sometimes loosen due to vibrations.

Look behind panels for loose or corroded wires. Check ground connections to the frame outside.

found loose female terminals at a few spade fuses at panel ok now tightened terminals with needle nose pliers

They will probably heat up and come loose again-replace them!
