Might be a gas delivery problem or maybe the sail switch is gummy and not sailing as it should until it gets heated up.

Thanks for the link. My fan comes and heater lights and after seconds or so flame goes out. After a few seconds it ignites again and then goes out. Water heater and stove work perfectly

Both of those appliances will work on lower gas pressure than the furnace. It's possible, if you have one, the switch over regulator is the problem. Or mud daubers have choked off the exhaust tube(s) or loose wires or anything you can imagine or haven't checked yet.
I'd check gas pressure at the furnace first either by switching tanks or the switch over valve manually or with a manometer, if you have one.

I guess the suggestion would be to flip the switch over in the morning and see what happens.
I don't have an automatic switch over regulator anymore because I've had two Camco regulators take a dump on me. I replaced it with a single stage regulator and just change tanks when needed.

Pull the exterior heater panel off and see if the flashing LED is giving a code. My was doing something similar last year, turned out to be an obstruction, but the flashing LED pointed me in the right direction.

If you don't have a manometer you can build one very easily with some wood and a section of clear tubing. Probably a youtube video on it.

Ok got home yesterday. Fired up heater ran perfect. Down in the high 30's. At sea level down in Cali kept having issues. Turn on heater fan runs ignition then flames out. After 20 or 30 seconds ignition again flames out. After turning heater off and on for 4 or 5 cycles it fires up and works. Now that I am home at 5,000 it works fine. Hate that

Sounds like it just didn't like our smoggy air here in California.

I had a similar issue on an older toy hauler. Turned out it was the electric gas valve.

I would try seeing if you have power to the valve when the flame goes out. If power is present good chance its the valve. If there is no power to it something else is shutting it down.
