Bed roller assembly for popup

Dutchmen popup Model 1004 (1999) needs a pair of slideout roller assemblies for a front bed (about 69" long) because someone jumped into the popup bed without the supports being in place, thus bending the rails (banging the straight not an option.

Any leads would be appreciated.
