I installed airbags about a month ago. It was mainly to smooth out the ride, I only had 1 3/4" of drop at the rear fender well when hooked up. The front tire/fender well clearance only increased 1/4". The Blue Ox SwayPro with 1500# bars only transferred 260# from the front axle to the rear when comparing scale tickets from just the truck and truck with loaded trailer. Use the air bags to bring the rear back to stock ride height, dropped the hitch down one hole to keep the trailer level.

did you invest in the 50 gal fuel tank? We just got back from Virginia. all in all, the set up worked well and we got pretty good fuel mileage (10 in the mountains and 12 in the valley). I probably need to have an offline conversation with you...
