Help with BHS please

Hello. New to the travel trailer world. Recently purchased a 2015 Aerolite 282BHS and we love it. We are having issues with the bunk house system though. We accidentally raised the bunks with the ladder and blankets. We were able to clear everything but now the bunks will not go back down. Anyone have any trouble shooting suggestions or know of a reset button? Thanks

Is there a pin you have to insert before travel that you may have forgotten to remove?

Love the trailer, hate the dealer and manufacturer.

First check the fuses. Second, google happijac bed lift system (lippert). I believe there is a fitting for putting a socket on and you can raise and lower the beds manually. That would be the first couple of things to try first.
