Disappointed in Dutchmen
The new Dutchman Denali that I purchased had a wall separation issue that was apparent at the time of purchase. I was asked to bring it back in a couple of months when other issues would also be flushed out. Well, other issues sure became apparent- pretty much all shoddy workmanship. But after 5 repairs of the side wall separation (at Camping world) and the onset of water damage I finally took a beating and traded it in. The sales manager was rude and blamed me for not bringing it to his attention sooner! He just wanted me to leave him alone to sell more campers. Dutchman customer service talks online forums like they want to help you but their folks are trained to blow you off politely. They sent me a form letter rejection response after I talked to them and I sent them proof of the multitude of issues. They couldn’t even get the form letter right as they could not paste in my model and year properly. Try Grand Design....I think the workmanship is generally better.
