V-series changes
Check out the changes to the v-series. My dealer sent these pics to me of my new 3305 at the factory.

I like the full paint on the cap. We looked at a V3305 but went with the V3605.

sweet looking, I should have waited for the Rv show in February to buy, however, with the weaker dollar now, it would cost me more to buy later, rather than now. Thanks for the pic

The new premium package offers several new options. Convection microwave, slam latch doors, painted cap, lighting on all six point levelers to name a few. Dutchmen has the full list on their website, but it can be tricky to find. I'll post the link when I get home. I pick my 3605 up on Saturday. Can't wait!!

Also, they are advertising the V3305 with 12' 6" garage, but early models are only 12'. Makes a difference on some of the four seat side-by-sides.

I really like the 3805 floorplan, just wish they would make it with flush led overhead lights.

Oops, DW came up behind me and informed me not to waste my time looking at toy haulers. We will be getting a Dynamax next year and pull a trailer. She is tired of mopping and cleaning toy hauler every time we take the RZR out. Great for non muddy things like golf carts and motorcycles, but it really is a pain to clean after putting a muddy rzr in garage.

I love the layout as well, especially with the King bed. But my '12 F-350 is SRW and that thing ways as much as a regular voltage.

what other changes are there for the 15 over the 14? mine seems to be and early 15 - no ground effect light, slam latches or massage and only led on the main awning - any structural changes?

The DW and I love it. We have used it 5 times so far with no major issues. Only problem we've had is the black water valve don't seal completely off. When you remove the cap, "SURPRISE!" I'm using one of those external valves that you put on the end of the pipe where the cap goes till I get a chance to install electric valves. I could take it to a dealer but I don't want to be without it for weeks plus if I do it then I'll know its done right. I installed an electric cord reel for the shore power cord. As soon as I get time, I'm gonna install the Linc remote system.
New g rated tires are also on the agenda.

Where did you install the cord reel? Is it in the side where it is useable, or only used to roll and store the cord?

Keith E,
I picked up a 2015 V3305 a few months ago, and we are loving it. It has all the goodies on your list, plus the 6-point leveling system, the outdoor TV and stereo speakers, and the porch setup with awning. I also swapped out the Chinese Westlakes for Goodyear G 614's as soon as I got it home. It does, in fact, have a 12'6" garage they claim will fit the 4-seat RZR. I live in Murrieta as well.

Hey 3wheeler, I don't know how the basement is configured on the 3305, but the basement is tight on the 3605, could you post pics of your cord reel install? I would really like to get one as well, but don't quite know where to put it yet. Any idea's would be awesome. It's really a pain in the arse packing around a 50 foot 50amp cord in the garage all the time. I also saw in the dealers online parts catalogue, a 30 foot drinking water hose reel, if a guy had enough room to put them side by side on the left side of the basement, that would be some sweet setup.

Cale and DMAX,
The reel I used is just for storage. It's not one of those that are hardwired into the electrical. I read some bad reviews on that type and I am skeptical of those. They use slip rings to transfer power from the cord to the coach. If you get a bad connection on the neutral ring, you could send 220v to your 110v appliances and that would be bad. I know some of the high dollar motorhomes and 5ers have them from the factory, but to each his own.
As for the location, I cut out an aluminum plate and attached it to the aluminum supports on the ceiling of the storage bay on the left side right beside the wet bay. I mounted the reel on that plate and tapped power off of the schwintek controller thats also close by. Its a 30amp supply and the reel only needs 10 or 15 IIRC. I guess just make sure your not running the reel and the slide at the same time. (as if you would ever need to)
The reel says it'll store 40ft of 50amp cord. But I can tell you if you get it wound right, you can get all 50ft on it. I figured if I couldn't, I would just shorten my cord but I can get the whole thing on there. It took a couple of trys the first time but now I know how to do it.
