Newbie Here!

Hey Everyone!
Hope all is well!
My family and I just purchased a 2013 Voltage 3795 and we just did our first weekend out this past few days! So far its been great! Before we purchased it we had an extensive inspection done and we are working through the list but there are a few things we cant seem to find. I have been scouring the internet for answers but nothing yet so I'm hoping someone here could point me in the right direction.

1) We have a bunk that is above the sliding glass door to the garage but we do not have a ladder for said bunk. I have called Dutchman looking for any info and they just referred me to the local RV dealerships. After calling their recommendations, none of the dealers seem to have a ladder that large (I'm not sure on the offset but it seems like its somewhere in the 82-85 in long area). Does anyone know the actual length of the ladder? I was thinking about making one but was hoping to find a correct one just for easy movement and storage.

2) The bunk/bench seating in the garage only has one shelf but looking online it seems that there is a second one that could possibly hold a bed in addition to the foldout bunk/bench seating? (I know you guys/gals are big on pictures so I'll take some this upcoming weekend if needed) do these operate separate from each other or all on the same switch? If its too much of a pain we may just leave it the way it is.

3) The couch air mattress is missing. From my research there is an air bed that can attach to the living room couch that replaces the center cushion and makes a queen size bed. I have not been able to find a part number or anything and was hoping to see if anyone has any information on how i could get that air mattress or even a suitable alternative that they used instead.

Sorry for the wall of text and I know I will have more questions as we work through this so I just wanted to say thanks in advance!

There is a place called Trekwood that has a website and they sell tons of original parts. Unfortunately, the website is poorly organized and searches return far too many items but if you have the patience you can find about anything.

I have seen and ordered things like sectional sofa pieces, vinyl decals, tie down d-rings, trim pieces, fenders, etc.

You can also call them. Prices are not great but for OEM stuff years later they come in handy.

Welcome to the forum…. There are sellers scrapping RV’s. You may want to give them a try. Also, trekwood like DSOL mentioned. Let us know how you make out!

Thank you all for the replies, I am slowly but surely working through the Trekwood catalog to see what we can and cannot get from them.

They are actually very helpful on the phone. Whatever system they use works much better for them to look stuff up than it does on the web!
