Slide Out Dragging On Carpet - Stalls Going Outward

2010 Dutchmen Four Winds 270RL. Living room slide out started dragging on carpet leaving small, residual wood chips on the carpet at both ends. Underside of slide out shows multiple, straight abrasion marks where the bottom of the slide floor has been dragging on something when going in and out. This is a 13 ft. wide Lippert through the frame slide. If anyone has/had a similar experience would appreciate any advice or input on what is causing this and/or remedial repairs.

Would you happen to have pictures of the slide mechanism? If you have the cables, they need to be adjusted, they are.notorious for coming loose.

No cables, its a Lippert, electric, through the frame mechanism. Problem turned out to be multiple, recessed screws anchoring the long, black plastic glide bar that runs the width of the slide out, managed to back themselves out of the plywood floor. Likely due to the repeated compression and relaxation pressures of the slide out going in/out. Heads of the screws were exposed from 3/16 to 3/8 inches causing severe drag to the point the actuator clutch could not move the slide any further. If you encounter long grooves dug into your slide out floor bottom you might consider this a similar issue.
