Do you have an OEM factory solar option install or is it an aftermarket install? I googled your model of trailer and see that there is an OEM 190 watt panel option. To me, that large of a panel justifies using a charge controller to prevent over charging. But the installers may have decided differently? Has the inverter given the alarm ever since you have owned the trailer? Did it have a different owner before you?
Can you tell where the wire path from the panel enters the trailer? My hunch is the panel is either wired directly into the main 12V battery wire at the back of your 12V control panel (no controller), or it is wired to a controller somewhere in the same vicinity behind your 12V control panel that is then wired to the main 12V battery wire.
