Many windows are sealed to the side of the TT using butyl tape. It is usually black and sold in rolls. It is compressed between window flange and wall. Unless the joint is leaking, it should last for many years.
Butyl tape can be used under any clamped flange mounting to seal wire holes or screw holes to the sides of RV's.
Roof is often TPO rubber. Self leveling Dicor caulk is used to cover seams and roof fitting joints. It is squeezed on and flows a little.
