Nice spot in Glen Rose, Tx
Our RV club had a campout recently at Oak Dale RV park in Glen Rose Texas - used to be a city park but has been converted - nice little park - across the street from Paluxy river and lots to see in the area. Quiet park - even though on a city street there is not much traffic in evenings/nights. Clean and lots of trees and the bathrooms were immaculate!! Four complete bathrooms in the shower house - and very clean. Our price for the club was $25 for a 50 amp space with trees and picnic table - I think the public price is only a couple dollars more. Also a fenced doggy park too. Nice little stop over or a great place to stay a few days and rest. Also an amazing - truly amazing - gift shop nearby - Cheerful Heart - I'm not impressed by much these days but this place was very nice - with kitchen wares, gifts, clothes and more. Just wanted to share!
