Inefficient AC

Not sure I'm posting in correct thread ... sorry about that - but looking for some insight

We are new to RV's (previously owned cabin cruiser)

The genset 2 pole switch is showing only a single led light. The generator will start and run.

However, the AC also is not working.

We're unsure if the two issues are related - if anyone has any prior experience with this type of issue
