We're in a camping area called Chassa Oaks RV Resort in Homosassa, FL. It's quaint with probably 40 motorhomes and 5ers combined.
Alot of people here own there lot and maybe 15 are like me and just rent for the duration of their stay. The sites are concrete pads with asphalt driveways. Each site has its own electric meter. You pay for electricity if you stay for a month or more.
It has a clubhouse with an exercise room, kitchen, and pool.
Some people are full RV'ers and some are RV'ers for the winter months.
Even though its not gated most everyone knows each other and knows if someone doesn't belong (meaning non-owners or non-renters).
We appreciate the atmosphere and the relationships here.
We're from Maine and there's a big difference between the sunshine here and the 3' snow back home
