I know you probably don't want to hear this, but with a 32ft trailer with a dry weight and payload amount that puts it close to 10,000lbs, it may be time for a truck upgrade.

Do you have anything else plugged into the circuit in the garage where you are plugging it in? If there are things in the garage on the same circuit, they may be pulling to much juice...
