There should be a couple of spring loaded pins you can pull to open the panels and allow them to swing out of the way of the ramp opening.

there is no pins to pull out, I talked to dutchmen today and they said that is all the width your going to get with the 3 seasons door.

so it looks like the next mod will be to try to make new hinges for the patio gate or I may have a 3 seasons door for sale soon. Horrible design by dutchmen

They must have modified the design. Mine will open about 7.0 feet if I release the pins at the top of the door. Post a Pix so we can compare.

That's also why I go shopping with a tape measure these days. The specs in the brochure don't always match what you find on the lot.

I didn't sign papers on my 3905 till I brought my Honda rancher and Can Am commander to dealership and loaded them up and shut the door just to make sure... most toy haulers are designed for motor cycles or four wheelers which most are 50" or less.

Strange, I've got a 2015 3818 which i believe is the same layout as you.. I also have spring latches on mine, when i open the 3 season doors i almost have the width of the trailer. I'd say maybe short 6" on each side but I can't see why they would change that on a toyhauler. The whole point is to be able to put our "toys" in the darn thing. We went out to Colorado in September with both of our polaris RZR's. Any chance you are close to the dealer you bought it from? maybe run down and look at another 2017? I wouldn't be surprised if Dutchmen screwed the pooch on this.

The problem is with the patio gate, where the bracket is that hinges the gate, so open the gate all the way and the 3 season door hits the hinges when they open

Can somebody post a picture showing me their patio doors open and there's three season doors open all the way ? I've already taken my patio doors off so that my doors can open up all the way. Once again if my patio doors are on an opened up all the way the three season doors can only open up to roughly a 45° angle before they're hitting the metal brackets to hold the patio. I watch the video good voltage has on their website showing the ramps in the patio and the one that they're showing that supposed to be so great doesn't have the three season doors on it just the patio

I have a 2014 Voltage Epic 3800. When we moved up to the Polaris General Deluxe, it still fit fine.

But I decided that since we never have the ramp down when we're set up, why do I need the four door set up across the back, just inside the ramp door?

So I took the whole works out and stashed it in the box car down by where I keep my trailers. Don't know if those are what are being called "patio doors".

But why just turn the garage into a "patio"? Just go outside and watch TV or listen to music or whatever.

Just thoughts,

Pirate

You know, I READ about Voltages a lot around here.
In fact, you could say it is a Voltage Centric Forum at times.

But I don't know much about them until you guys post your pics.

Holy cow! That's simply amazing. No wonder it takes so much tow vehicle.
It's a mansion with axles.

Your gate is totally different from mine, the one on my trailer is bolted in and 2x2 square tube. But thank you for checking yours for me
