Happijac Bed Clicking/Popping noise when lowering

I just picked my Voltage up after 3 months in the shop for warranty work (more to come on that later), but I still have clicking/popping noises coming from the Happijac bed when lowering, they said this is normal.

What is your opinion?

Thanks

Sounds like a slightly warped gear.

Mine doesn't do that in our Rubicon (or the Sandstorm we had in the past). It almost looks like on the video, when the bottom bed is lowering after the top one has reached its stopping point that one side is lowering faster than the other. Maybe its just the angle of the camera?

Maybe a gear is out of alignment. Have you tried lubing the chains?
