I found loose connections on the winterizing valve. Do I bypsssed it and that solved the air issues. Pump still won’t shut off, even when I kink the outlet hose. I think that part of the pump is bad....

It's not just hot water, I was wrong with that finding. It's both hot and cold. I'm going into the basement this weekend to check it out. I'm hoping it's a collapsed or kinked intake hose.
