memgrove if the dealer fails to fix your unit and you are not satisfied call dutchmen customer service and express that and ask that your unit be sent to the Dutchmen service shop to be fixed.

I too own a 311BH and I also work for Dutchmen Mfg service shop in Clackamas Oregon. Whatever the Dealer cant/wont fix will get sent to a Dutchmen MFG service shop to be repaired just stay vigilant...
