2019 Dutchman Aerolite manual/help with hot water heater

Purchased a 2019 Dutchman Aerolite 2733RB in 2021. Did not have owners manual, finally spoke to someone at Dutchman and was told they only make generic owner manuals and not model specific. We purchased a new Forest River camper in 2016 and it came with owner manual and was specific to that camper model. Does anyone know this to be true w/Dutchman???
Also, we are having trouble w/the gas/electric hot water heater not wanting to come on. Tries to come on and inside the panel light flicker, but will come on???
Help?????

That is probably debris or dirt dobbers in the air chamber of the heater, same with the furnace. Does it work on ELECTRIC?

Check to see if the pilot is attempting to light. If it is, it could also be the sail switch.

Check to see if you can get the model numbers for the items you are wondering about, the owners manuals are available there and also on the dutchmen website under the owner's tab.

Will not work on electric nor gas. Tries to come on and it did come on once over a 5 day period but not any more. We have a screen to keep out debris and dirt dobbers. When it is trying to come on, there is 2 small lights that flash.

I believe that there is the control board on those that go bad. Possibly where the lights are flashing.
