Warranty is probably out. Pictures would help.

Looks like the glass was cut too short and missed the trim rail or the trim rail was placed to low to cover the glass.
Trim rails are normally 3/4 or 1 inch but you may be able to find a wider rail to catch the glass and hold it down or lay another same size rail above the OEM one to do the same.
I'd certainly remove the trim and rail to see how much of the glass was missed. There may be a chance to raise the rail and catch the glass as well.

Agreed, looks like it was cut a little short. You didn't say if you have an extended warranty on the coach. Might be covered if you do. Otherwise it's either off to the dealer or find a way to glue it back down and get another rail over it. Probably won't look quite the same but you should be able to do something that looks good. Important thing will be to insure it stays watertight.

Sure wouldn't hurt to give Keystone a call and see if it's an issue they're aware of and maybe covering for longer than the warranty.

I would run a strip of Gaffers Tape over that to keep water out until you get it repaired. Oh yeah, hardly anyone uses Gaffers Tape except me. Can't live without it.
Use some Blue Painter Tape. You don't want water running in there. Once it gets in it has no exit, except to places you don't want it to end up.

Or use duct tape. I used it for years and still do on some things. The problem I have with duct tape is it leave that sticky residue behind. I was going to start a post of the wonders of Gaffers Tape but never did.

It's a 2012 rubicon 2100. Had it out four times, not more than 500 miles on this. Called Dutchman they said to take it to someone and have it looked at (dealer or RV repair shop) and have them verify what has happened. Then let them know and then they will let me know if they will fix it. Figured by that time I could have it fixed myself.

I don't think it can be "fixed" - on ours the left side of the fiberglass nose was cut on an angle - it should have been straight - you could see the waves in it when they took it off.
They had to replace the whole nose of ours.
I cannot tell where yours is split - so not sure if that is the same problem we had!

I use the foil duct tape for temporary repairs. It can be smoothed down and doesn't leave much if any residue. Gaffer's tape is good too.
