Gutter woes
The gutter on my 2014 Voltage 3200 is draining right onto a flood light light right below it. This has caused the logistic to blow bulbs constantly. Has anybody else had this problem and what have you done for it?

B B 655 RPW Rain Gutter Spout Long Version Right Side camper Trailer RV | eBay
Something like this may be able to be adapted to the gutters or the OEM extensions.
I wasn't blowing bulbs but the dripping water hitting the hollow
fixture was bugging me to death. I used a short length of vinyl siding J channel to direct the fall away from the fixture.
I riveted it to the OEM down spout and caulked it in and now I don't get the bong, bong sound in the bedroom and I have way less black streaks on the side of the rig.

I have the same issue. Another quality road tested aspect of our trailers. My "guy" who works on my trailer is going to try and reroute it forward somehow. Waiting to see. I am thinking of relocating the light frankly.

My old Airstream had a light that had a canopy over, never seen anything like it in the RV store, it was probablly home made, but it kept the water off the light.

I have a 2013 voltage 3905 it does it as well . So I went to my local Rv dealer and they make one that snaps right on the one that ie there now. It extends it out about 2 inches . A 4 pack was 8.95
I will try them out when I get a chance to put them on .

Didn't know I had the problem as I live in the desert. Went on a three week vacation where it rains & found yes I have the problem. I'll look at the spout extensions.

Our 2014 Voltage 3990 does the same thing. Why should we have to fix it! We pay big money for these units! It's Dutchmen's problem. Why are we letting them get away with building inferior campers!

They ALL do it, regardless of brand.
Volunteering to start a new camper manufacturing plant? It ain't cheap!

The Sunline plant in PA is available and I'm sure someone could get some great workers back!

Glad everyone has so much money to throw away! But we don't! We expect to get what we pay for!

We had the issue with our Jayco and now our Aerolite. Seems this issue is not limited to Dutchman products only. So we also went out and bought the extenders because the one gutter is right over our outside storage compartment. Irritating when you have to quickly run and get something and end up soaked.
We are installing this weekend, hopefully they do the trick.

Due diligence and don't believe the advertising hype. I didn't pay full retail and I went over it with a fine tooth comb. Way too many people buy on an emotional level, then have buyer's remorse or get a POS. Either way they probably lose.

I bring you good news. So I have had my trailer worked on by some great professionals at Luxury Coach Services in Rockwall, TX. I gave them a laundry list of items that I discovered when I bought it and will outline the items in another thread. I determined that I should just let them do there thing and get it done right.
One of the items was the drainage onto the lights - two front ones needed to be replaced. So they sourced and added - front and rear on both sides - these channels. I swung by today and snapped a few pics and they appear to be working very well. (I also had them replace the trim piece that runs all the way around the trailer).
I will get more info on the product they used when I pick it up.

Looks like they used the peel and stick gutter.
