Out of 30+ warranty lines, Keystone denied 9 issues with 7 due to "damage" not being a warranty issue. I called Dutchmen and explained that 7 or the 9 damage issues were manufacturing issues not damage from us. They approved the items. 2 issues are still on going and they suggested the dealer call their Keystone contacts to discuss the correct "code". Repairs are going to take 2-3 more months. Rig has been in the shop for 6 weeks now with only a few items addressed as we have been waiting on Dutchmen approval. I asked Dutchmen what they would do about us losing 1/4 of our warranty time. They said to talk to them once everything has been completed. Anyway thats the update, so I encourage anyone to talk to Dutchmen customer service if you are not getting anywhere with the dealer.
