Window shades in 2014 Infinity 3610RL

Has anyone else had a problem getting the longer blinds at the dining table and across the rear window to raise smoothly? We took delivery in July 2014 and I've had the trailer back to the dealer twice trying to get these longer blinds to raise smoothly. Instead of folding they bunch up causing the blind to get jammed so it won't go all the way up. Has anyone else had this issue and gotten it resolved? What was the fix?

Yes I have the same problem, also the cord going through the blinds has come apart and broke . My kitchen island drawers are falling apart an this 3610RL is falling apart day by day and it's only 11 months old . I have a list of 20 items to go to the dealer with next week to be fixed or file a lemon law return .I'm in New Orleans so we get protection from this sort of workmanship.
