You just might try flipping a few switches here and there to see if Dutchmen did some weird wiring like they did on mine.
By the way, mine wasn't the only one wired to the bathroom light switch. Others on this forum reported the same phenomenon.

Yes, I remember that! Seems the light switch was on the ground side, but the techs thought it was the hot side, and extended the booster amp off of that. When the light was on, that side was ground, and the amp went off. With the light off, it received enough voltage through the light filament to operate.
