I was going to replace the black trim insert just above my awning because it had come loose during a recent trip to the beach. Went I got up there to my surprise every piece of black trim on the entire RV had torn loose from its screw on both ends. I had to replace and reseal every piece of black trim insert on my TT. When I was at the parts counter of the local RV dealer he asked me what going on and when I explained he asked me what brand. I said it's a 5 month old Dutchman and he told me they were the worst for doing this because they pull the insert way too tight on the assembly line.
The really lucky part is my TT hasn't been exposed to rain in over a month even though we spent a week at Myrtle Beach, so hopefully no moisture got in.
Has anyone else had this problem?

They make a great difference don't they? Too bad the manufacturer couldn't do this for a few pennies more. I guess a gob of caulk is cheaper and quicker for them.
