Bedroom slide worm gear

I have a 2004 Colorado model Dutchman 33' RL. The bedroom slide out worm gear is failing.
Internet search led me from AL-KO web site to RBW Industries pt.# WGMAD-M101-A.
The Industrial Axle Co. sent a PDF of exactly what I need, but can't supply it nor refer me to any place that can. A physical trip to Denver area local RV parts companies and salvage yards was futile. A call to Dutchman corporate only refers me to area dealers.
Does anyone know of any other sources or how or who can retrofit an after market mechanism?
Thanks,
bdave

Apparently you are going to have to find a dealer that can order the part for you.

Unfortunately in the RV industry they will make a large batch of parts and when they sell out, they are gone. Then they come up with a totally different product and sell those for a while. I suspect you may be out of luck on the repair parts unless you can source one from a wrecked unit somewhere. Or find it being used in a different application.

I know of a few RV Parts places that you can try. I don't know if they have what you need but you can give them a try:

bontrager.com
trekwood.com
factoryrvsurplus.com

Any luck? I’m having the same problem. Looks like Lippert 116658 is a replacement.

bedroom slide worm gear

Absolutely no luck exhausting every source. I have a friend who is a mechanical genius, so I took it apart ( no easy access task ), he completely rebuilt it, I put it back together and it works beautifully. It was improperly installed at the factory - thanks a lot Dutchman for the poor quality control. It lasted past the warrentry of course.
