Kinda bittersweet really but it's good to be home after 6 weeks on the road.
We've met some wonderful people, had great adventures, saw a LOT of country including Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Alberta and British Columbia in a 6000 km loop from Yellowstone up into northern BC.
We found lots of wildlife including many Bear, Moose, Deer, Pronghorn, Bighorn Sheep, Mountain Goat, Bison, Badger, Coyote, Wolves, foxes, Marmots...the list goes on and on.
Caught some trout in some really pretty lakes, swam in some pretty cold water and to top it all off, we picked up our granddaughter and brought her home with us for a nice, long visit!
We want to say a special thank you to another forum member whom we we fortunate to bump into in a campground quite unexpectedly. Thanks to Daryl (Grump010) and Merry Ann for their wonderful hospitality!
Of the many gigabytes of photos I took I wanted to find one that would sum up our trip. I couldn't really but here is a panorama of Crowfoot Mountain in Banff National Park.
