New Tow Vehicle

Well my F-450 came in and I took deliver. There are a few fitment issues but overall seems like a good quality product. Rides much better than I thought it would. More later after I tow.

How much did that run? Good looking ride, good call on not getting the chrome package.

I also have a King Ranch F-350 Long Bed which you can see in the corner of one shot. I may get rid of it, have not decided. I learned long ago with Ford to avoid the Platnium, Limited and King Ranch versions. I bought the King Ranch as a leftover 2012 and got a great deal but the KR leather sucks and I hate painted bumpers. With Ford just get a loaded Lariat and save $3-7k. I was out the door for just over $65k. My sales guy was the best one I have ever come across in my life.

I got lucky then. I got a 2013 loaded Lariat with a sunroof, nav, bench seat that's heated and cooled and no running boards, pretty much perfect. I've never been a fan of the KR, too Cowboy for me, and the Platinum emblems just don't do it for me either. Anyways, I picked mine up at the end of '13 when the '14s stared to show up. There were left over '12s, but no Lariats... I thought about the 450, but it was a lot more and I don't know if I could have dealt daily driving a dually. My sticker was $61k, but I think my deal was for $55k or 54k, plus I had a trade in Duramax that was paid for. Still paying a lot per month though.
