Are you dealing with a stickon weatherstrip, or does it go into a track?
Are you trying to work on it with the slide fully extended? Try opening the slide a foot or so and have someone use a piece of 1x2 or something similar to add a bit of pressure on the weatherstrip as the slide is extending. That should help to stop it from curling under.
If you are dealing with a stick-on weatherstrip, you will need to remove it carefully and clean both the weather strip and the mounting surface, then apply a new strip of double sided tape.
There are several brands available, but I use 3M products, you will want to use their cleaner to remove any of the old tape residue off the weather srtip and the mounting surface. Let it dry completely, then apply the new double sided tape. Stick the strip back on the mounting surface. Let it be from a day before you run the slide back in or out, so the advesive can set.
