2016 Aspen Trail

Took my brand new 2016 Aspen Trail 2750BHS out this weekend for the first trip. On Saturday afternoon the fan came on and would not go off. It ran for 24 hours then suddenly kicked off. At one point I had removed the fuse that shut it off. When I replaced the fuse it came back on. I turned the thermostat on and off multiple times, this did nothing. Any idea why it was continuously running?

I would guess a thermostat/sensor issue. I put a digital thermostat in my 2015 Aspen Trail that I bought at Lowes, around $25. Works good. You might try that, if that doesn't work at least you have a better thermostat.

If you couldn't turn it off with the thermostat, then it is probably bad.

Did you find out what the problem was?

Thanks for the reply. I did not find the problem yet. I am going to take it in to service next week. It is still under warranty.

X2 on the thermostat upgrade.

The furnace cycles more, but it is running less and it reduces the temperature swings.
